Special K Cottage Cheese Loaf

Saute: 1 large onion, diced small, in 1 melted stick of margarine (or less).

Add: 1 large carton of small-curd cottage cheese, 7 cups Special K cereal (or one-half box), 6 beaten eggs, 4 packets of George Washington Broth, and 1/2 to 3/4 cups of chopped nuts.

Mix together all of the above ingredients. Place in a greased casserole dish, and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

Note: George Washington Broth and McKay's Chicken Seasoning can be purchased at Apple Valley Markets, some Adventist Book Centers, and in some large grocery store chains. Ask your Adventist friends where you can buy these seasonings that are used in many Adventist recipes.
