Embracing Your Unique Wellness Journey
Imagine you’re on a long road trip and haven’t passed any signs of civilization for miles. Your stomach is grumbling loud enough to hear over the radio. At the start of your trip, you had the foresight to pack snacks, but those are long gone.
In 1986, 27-year-old Robert McDonald stayed awake for 18 days, 21 hours and 40 minutes. As a professional stuntman, McDonald had jumped motorcycles and climbed mountains, but this was perhaps the most challenging and dangerous endeavor of his life.
For many in the Berrien Springs community, Andrews University might as well be miles away. It’s neatly tucked to one side of town, and some residents go their whole lives without ever setting foot on campus, but does this matter?
